Helping Today

Our Mission is to help Schools and children in need

Exchange4 Creativity is a nonprofit organization that aspires to center the arts, and creative cultures, in the lives of children of all ages. We are a vital driver of the cultural, social, educational, and economic power of the arts, and we seek to solve the challenge of obtaining art  and sensory supplies for our teachers and communities. We uplift the work of teachers, build coalitions, and engage in a leadership of giving. We are dedicated to establishing a creative, children-first culture. We strive to balance the financial gap, providing art and sensory supplies where they are needed. We have been fortunate to donate to individual teachers and children in need.

Our mission is the continued support of a broader range of educational institutions for children; it takes monetary resources and supplies to make this possible. Exchange4 Creativity remains committed to raising funds to purchase art and sensory supplies and request donated art  and sensory supplies to support teachers and children’s artistic creativity.

Help Children

Exchange Supplies for Creativity, donate. We do not transfer donated supplies for money, other property, or services. This means that supplies are not sold, bartered or exchanged. Supplies are not taken by volunteers, officers or clergy for personal use

We Care

The products you donate to Exchange4 Creativity are used solely for teachers and children. Supplies are distributed from Exchange4 Creativity for the charitable purpose of creativity.

Education

Some schools have little to no budget for classroom activities. We distribute art supplies to these schools, which helps us fulfill our mission of providing free art supplies to teachers and children in need.

Research

"Some school districts don't have much meat left to cut from arts programs that had already been reduced to bare bones after repeated funding shortfalls over many years" ( Hawkins, 2012 ) References: Hawkins, T. Will less art and music in the classroom really help students soar academically? : As school districts cut their arts budget, students aren’t guaranteed better performance in math and science. The Washington Post (Online); Washington, D.C.
